54 year old Albion resident, Kim Lingafelter passed away early Tuesday morning, September 17, 2019 at St. Vincent Hospital in Indianapolis, Indiana.
Kim was born February 28, 1965 in Manning, Iowa to Roy and Faye (Huff) Wood. On July 24, 1993 she married Todd Lingafelter in Willow Hill, Illinois and he survives. Kim was a homemaker and a member of Little Prairie Christian Church in Albion. Kim thoroughly enjoyed spending time with family and her precious grandchildren.
Kim is survived by her husband, Todd; one daughter, Jennifer (Jerimy) Cunningham and one son, Joshua Lingafelter all of Albion, one brother, Curt (Judy) Wood of Fairfield, Illinois, and six grandchildren, Dessa, Carol, Kylah, Sophiah, Noah, and Norah and several nieces and nephews. Preceding her in death were her parents and one brother, Patrick.
Funeral services for Kim will be held at noon on Friday, September 20, 2019 at Nale’s Funeral Home in Albion, Illinois. A visitation will be held Friday at the funeral home from 10:00am until service time. Burial will follow in Graceland Cemetery in Albion. Memorials may be made to the American Cancer Society or to the donor’s choice and will be accepted at the funeral home.
