94-year-old Fairfield, Illinois resident Anna M. Noles died at 8:34 a.m. Saturday, June 9, 2012 at Wayfair Restorium in Fairfield, Illinois. She worked at the garment factory in Fairfield and was a homemaker. Anna was a member of the Lebanon North Cumberland Presbyterian Church in Wayne County. Anna was born September 6, 1917 in Wayne County, Illinois to Bedford and Mary Koontz Medler. On September 4, 1941 she was united in marriage to Robert "Lowell" Noles. Survivors include 2 daughters: Marlene Haas of Fairfield and Lois Harris and her husband Harris of Bonnie, Illinois; 10 great grandchildren as well as several great and great, great grandchildren. Her parents, husband Lowell, 3 brothers, 3 sisters, and 1 grandson preceded her in death. Graveside services for Anna M. Noles will be conducted at 12:00 Noon Tuesday, June 12, 2012 at Maple Hill Cemetery in Fairfield with Brother J.C. McDuffie officiating. Friends are asked to go directly to the cemetery for the service. There will be no visitation. Nales Funeral Home in Fairfield is in charge of the arrangements.
