93 year old Fairfield, Illinois resident Betty Lee Galas died at 11:26 a.m. Saturday, November 11, 2017 at Fairfield Memorial Hospital in Fairfield, Illinois. She had worked as a medical assistant.

Betty was born August 30, 1926 in Wayne County, Illinois to Samuel White Andrews and Marie E. Miller.

Survivors include a brother Gilbert Andrews and his wife Darlene of Fairfield, Illinois and a sister Alice Marshel of Fairfield, Illinois.

Betty was preceded in death by her parents and a brother.

The body is to be cremated with services to be conducted at a later date.
