Cecil M. Young

95-year-old Grayville, Illinois resident Cecil M. Young died September 16, 2012 at Grayville. She was a homemaker and member of the Grayville Methodist Women's Society. Cecil was born January 16, 1917 in Albion, Illinois to Joseph and Margaret Green Crawford. She was united in marriage to Carrol Young on February 15, 1936. Survivors include 1 sister Dorothy Lindsay in Tennessee; 3 nieces Margaret Flynn of Lemont, Illinois, Marilyn Stangeland in Downers Grove, Illinois, and Sheila Maio in Colorado; 2 nephews Robert Young of Fairfield, Illinois and Jim Burgess in Texas. Her parents, husband, a son, a brother, and a sister preceded Cecil in death. A funeral service will be conducted 2:00 p.m. Wednesday, September 19, 2012 at Nales Funeral Home in Albion with Brother Carroll Kakac officiating. Burial will be in Graceland Cemetery. Visitation will be conducted at the funeral home Wednesday, September 19, 2012 from 1:00 p.m. until the time of the service.
