55-year-old Albion, Illinois resident Cynthia (Cindy) A. Goldman died Wednesday January 30, 2013 at Wayfair Restorium in Fairfield, Illinois. She was a secretary at Albion Veterinarian Clinic and a member of Little Prairie Christian Church of Albion. Cynthia was born January 25, 1958 in Mt. Carmel, Illinois to Doyle and Dora Stone Briggs. She was united in marriage to Marvin Goldman on July 1, 1994. Survivors include her husband Marvin; her father Doyle Briggs and his wife Marilyn; her mother Dora Briggs; 2 brothers Virgil Briggs of Fairfield, Illinois and Jahue Briggs of West Salem, Illinois; a sister Jessie Johnson of Yoakum, Texas; 1 step sister and 1 step brother. Cynthia was preceded in death by her grandparents and 1 brother Lee Briggs. Services for Cynthia Goldman will be conducted 11:00 a.m. Friday, February 1, 2013 at Little Prairie Christian Church located west of Albion with Brother Tom Cater officiating. Burial will be at Enterprise Cemetery of rural Albion, Illinois. Visitation will be conducted at the Little Prairie Christian Church Friday February 1, 2013 from9:00 a.m. until the time of the service. Memorial may be made to the Wabash Retirement Activity Fund, the Hope Center, or Wayfair Restorium and envelopes are available at Nales Funeral Home in Albion.
