David Lee Culiver

49 year old Belmont resident, David Lee Culiver passed away Thursday, June 23, 2022 at IU Methodist Hospital in Indianapolis, IN.

David was the son of Patricia Diane Culiver, born on November 28, 1973 in Mt. Carmel, IL.

He worked at SMC, a division of Toyota, in Princeton, IN and Sloss Ice Company in Belmont, IL.

Survivors include his mother, Patricia Diane Culiver of Belmont, IL, daughter, Myleigh Culiver of Belmont, IL, step-son, Tristen Archer of East St, Louis, MO, step-father, Eugene Kevin Odom, grandfather, Charles Culiver of Mt. Carmel, IL, sister, Wendy Odom of Keensburg, IL and many aunts, uncles and cousins.

David was preceded in death by his grandmother, an aunt and an uncle.

A Celebration of Life service is to be held at a later date.
