David Duckworth

64 year old Burnt Prairie, Illinois resident, David Duckworth passed away at 4:25 p.m. Friday, September 21, 2018 at his residence. He was a truck driver and mechanic for Woodrow Farms.David served in the United States Army from 1982 to 1987.

He was the son of Charles D. and Norma (Musgrave) Duckworth. David was born September 4, 1954 in Fairfield, Illinois.

David Duckworth is survived by his mother, Norma Duckworth of Carmi, Illinois, his sister, Carolyn Funkhouser and her husband Jim of Grayville, Illinois, and one niece, Brooke Funkhouser of Indianapolis, Indiana.

David was preceded in death by his grandparents and father.

Funeral services for David Duckworth will be held at 2:00 p.m. on Thursday, September 27, 2018 at Nale's Funeral Home in Fairfield, Illinois with military Honors following the services.

Visitation will be 12:00 noon Thursday until time of services. Burial will be at a later date.
