He was a member of the Berean Baptist Church in Springfield, Illinois. David was born July 29, 1950 in Fairfield, Illinois to Vernon and Edra Lee Musgrave. He was united in marriage November 4, 1999 in Springfield, Illinois to Patsy Sheraden. Survivors include his wife Patsy Musgrave of Springfield, Illinois; two daughters Cassie Donelan and her husband Jim of Springfield, Illinois and Amy Winters and her husband Mark of Springfield, Illinois; the mother of his children Shirley Musgrave of Springfield, Illinois; three brothers Vernon Musgrave and his wife Alice of Long Beach, Mississippi, Ray Musgrave and his wife Pat of St. Charles, Missouri, and Tom Musgrave and his wife Dee Ann of Rineyville, Kentucky; one sister Freda Musgrave of Fairfield, Illinois; and 3 grandchildren. David was preceded in death by his parents and 1 brother. Services for David L. Musgrave will be 11:00 a.m. Saturday, July 13, 2013 at Nale's Funeral Home in Fairfield, Illinois with Rev. Tim Collins officiating. Burial will be in Burnt Prairie Cemetery. Visitation will be from 10:00 to 11:00 a.m. on Saturday, July 13, 2013 at Nale's Funeral Home in Fairfield, Illinois. Memorials may be made to the Berean Baptist Church and envelopes will be available at Nales Funeral Home in Fairfield, Illinois.
