56 year old Mill Shoals, Illinois resident DeanAnn (Johnson) Clark passed away 8:50 a.m. Thursday,September 27, 2018 at her friend's home in Wayne City, Illinois. She was a housekeeper.

DeanAnn was the daughter of Richard Dean and Anna Lucille (Copeland) Johnson.Dean Ann was born August 26, 1962 in Fairfield, Illinois.

She married Tommie Clark on December 31, 1997 in Fairfield, Illinois

Survivors include her husband Tommie Clark of Mill Shoals, Illinois. 2 sons Nick Ewing of Fairfield, Illinois and K.D. Smith and wife Samantha of Fairfield, Illinois;1 sister, Deniece Johnson of Fairfield, Illinois. One granddaughter, Carmen Smith. Also surviving is her best friend, Rebecca Shell.

She was preceded in death by her parents, and 1 Brother

The body is to be cremated with a Celebration of Life to be held at a later date.
