Diane DeVous

76 year old Mill Shoals, Illinois resident Diane DeVous died at 11:15 a.m. Saturday March 10, 2018 at her residence. She worked many years as a Registered Nurse and a member of St. Edwards Catholic Church in Fairfield, Illinois.

Diane was born May 21, 1941 in Chicago, Illinois to Joseph Brueckmann and Grace Deeringowski Brueckmann. She was united in marriage in 1962 to Benjamin DeVous who died April 29, 1984.

Survivors include 3 sons Jason DeVous and his wife Christine of Gillman, Illinois, Bejamin DeVous of Mill Shoals, Illinois and Dan DeVous and his wife Kathy of Mill Shoals, Illinois; 2 daughters Mary Beaty and her husband John of Michigan City, Indiana and Jennifer DeVous of Mill Shoals, Illinois; 1 brother Joseph Brueckmann of Fullerton, California; and 9 grandchildren.

Diane was preceded in death by her parents and husband Benjamin.

Funeral services for Diane DeVous will be conducted 10:00 a.m. Wednesday March 14, 2018 at St. Edwards Catholic Church in Fairfield, Illinois with Father Charles Anyaoku officiating. A graveside service will be held at 1:00 p.m. Wednesday March 14, 2018 at St. Joseph Catholic Cemetery in Equality, Illinois.

Visitation will be conducted from 5:00 p.m. to 7:30 p.m. Tuesday March 13, 2018 with a Prayer Service at 7:30 p.m. at Nale's Funeral Home in Fairfield, Illinois.

Memorials may be made to the Celtic Hospice of Mt. Carmel and envelopes will be available at the funeral home.
