90-year-old former Fairfield, Illinois resident, Hope Montgomery of Indianapolis, Indiana died at 3:30 a.m. Friday, January 11, 2013 at Westminster Village in Indianapolis, Indiana. She had been a key punch operator for Bell & Howell. Hope was born September 7, 1922 in Wayne County, Illinois to Gerald Guy and Mary Winter Burton. She was united in marriage to Donald E. Montgomery May 18, 1947 in Fairfield, Illinois. Hope was preceded in death by her parents, husband Donald, 2 sisters, and 1 brother. Survivors include several nieces and nephews. Graveside services for Hope Montgomery will be 1:00 p.m. Wednesday, February 13, 2013 with Brother Ray Draper officiating at Pleasant Grove Cemetery at Geff, Illinois. Friends and family are asked to go directly to the cemetery as there will be no visitation.
