Ila Dinsmore

85 year old Fairfield, Illinois resident Ila Dinsmore died at 10:50 a.m. Monday, April 17, 2017 at Wabash Christian Retirement Center in Carmi, Illinois She was a homemaker and had worked as a cook for several local restaurants.

Ila was born November 11, 1931 in Oakley, Tennessee to Tim Osby Huddleston and Mollie E. David Huddleston. She was united in marriage in Carmi, Illinois September 29, 1950 to Max Kenneth Dinsmore who died February 25, 2010.

Survivors include 2 sons Michael Dinsmore and his wife Donna of Fairfield, Illinois and Mark Dinsmore and his wife Lauri of Fairfield, Illinois; 3 daughters Mary Jane Johnson of Fairfield, Illinois, Tracy Lowery and her husband Stephen of Mt. Vernon, Illinois and Terri Shreve and her husband Randall of Fairfield, Illinois; and 13 grandchildren and 19 great grandchildren.

Ila was preceded in death by her parents, husband Max, 8 sisters and a brother.

Funeral services for Ila Dinsmore will be 1:00 p.m. Friday, April 21, 2017 at Nale's Funeral Home in Fairfield, Illinois with Rev. Jeff Biggs officiating. Burial will be at Maple Hill Cemetery of Fairfield, Illinois.

Visitation will be 11:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. Friday, April 21, 2017 at Nale's Funeral Home in Fairfield, Illinois.

Memorials may be made to the American Cancer Society and envelopes will be available at the funeral home.
