Imogene (McDowell) Kauble

95 year old Fairfield resident, Imogene Kauble, passed away Monday, August 8, 2022 at Deaconess Gateway Hospital in Newburgh, Indiana. She was born July 2, 1927 to Cloyd and Alta (Bunnage) McDowell in Massilon Township, Wayne County, Illinois. Imogene married Martin Kauble on December 17, 1942 in Fairfield, Il. He preceded her in death on September 29, 2013.

Imogene was a member of the 1st  United Methodist Church in Fairfield. She is survived by 2 daughters; Susan (Marvin) Goldman and Marsha Smith, 1 grand daughter; April Elliott, all Fairfield.

Graveside services for Imogene Kauble will be held, 10:00 a.m., Wednesday, August 10, 2022 at the West Cemetery, South East of Mt. Erie.  Friends and family are asked to go directly to the cemetery.  There will be no visitation.
