Joseph F. Weaver

Joseph Weaver, age 57 of Orland Hills passed away Monday morning, July 12, 2021 at the farm of his dear friend John Donahue east of Fairfield after a courageous battle with cancer.

Joe was born in Chicago on May 26, 1964 to William C. and Frances (Nightingale) Weaver. Joe was a general contractor having owned and operated Oak Construction in Orland Hills. Through his passion for construction work Joe met many people, developing precious lifelong friendships along the way. Joe loved his family and his many friends dearly and looked forward to his visits to Fairfield and the farm he enjoyed so much.

Left to cherish many wonderful memories are his beloved daughter, Rachel Weaver , mother Frances Weaver and special friend John Donahue of Fairfield, siblings, Thomas (Marylou) Weaver, Donna (and the late Eddie) Sanders, Margaret Weaver and a mentor to CJ (Caden) Boaz, as well as his nieces and nephews and many friends.

In keeping with Joe’s wishes he will be cremated with a celebration of life gathering to be held at a later date in Orland Hills. Fond memories and expressions of sympathy may be left for the family at www.nalesfuneralhome.com. Nale’s Funeral Home of Fairfield is assisting the family.
