59 year old Fairfield resident, June Ellen Greenwood passed away Monday morning October 19, 2020 at her residence.
June was born December 13, 1960 in Chicago. She was the daughter of Shirley Ann (Lemons) and Murphy Nolan Sr. June married Kibbe Neal Greenwood on August 5, 1978 in Geff and he survives. June had worked as an Early Childhood Development Therapist for WADI.
Left to remember a wonderful wife, mother, and grandmother is husband Kibbe, father, Murphy Nolan, one son, Ryan Greenwood of Galesburg, and one daughter, Vanessa (Pat) Ewing of Fairfield; One brother, Murphy (Carla) Nolan Jr. of Holland, Indiana, two sisters, Joyce (Robert) Vaughn and Carol (Steve) Evetts both of Fairfield; and two grandchildren, Blu and Hunter Ewing. Preceding June in death were her mother and grandparents.
Private family services will be held with burial in Ebenezer Cemetery east of Fairfield. Condolences may be left for the family at www.nalesfuneralhome.com. Nale’s Funeral Home of Fairfield is assisting the family. Memorials can be made to the family for funeral expenses and will be accepted at the funeral home.
