71 year old Fairfield, Illinois resident LaDonna Lapikas died at 11:50 a.m. Saturday March 17, 2018 at Aperion Health Care Center in Fairfield, Illinois. She worked as a Senior Home Care Aide for several years and served clients in the community for a number of years.

LaDonna was born March 11, 1947 in Fairfield, Illinois to Gerald Faulkner and Nigel Brown Faulkner.

Survivors include 2 sons Evan Ewing and his wife Vanessa of Scheller, Illinois and Kevan Ewing and his wife Sharla of Fairfield, Illinois; a step son Daniel Lapikas and his wife Rika in Arizona; a daughter Susie Ewing McKinney of Normal, Illinois; a brother Charles Faulkner of Fairfield, Illinois; a sister Carolyn Kohl in California; 4 grandchildren Kelli Ewing of Olney, Illinois, Patrick Ewing and his wife Vanessa of Fairfield, Illinois, RaDonna Sanders and her husband Mike of Bloomington, Illinois and Matthew McKinney and his wife Rebecca of Wayne City, Illinois; and 14 great grandchildren.

LaDonna was preceded in death by her parents and a brother Franklin.

The body is to be cremated with a private graveside inurnment of ashes at a later date.
