Larry Lloyd Briley

 76 year old former  Geff, IL resident, Larry Lloyd Briley passed away at Marion Rehabilitation and Nursing Center in Marion, Illinois, on Tuesday, February 24, 2026.

Larry was born on February 15, 1950 in Golden Gate, IL to Wilborn and Louise (West) Briley.  Larry married Jenny Gream on March 20, 2021 in Marion, IL.  Larry was a Truck Driver for Pro Transportation in Little Rock Arkansas. Larry Loved listening to Jimmy Swaggart. He also spent many hours with his beloved cat “Tiny Bird”.

Larry is survived by his wife; Jenny, 3 Daughters; Tammy Underwood, Lori (John) Cecil, Rebecca Serio. 9 grandchildren, 3 great grandchildren. He is also survived by one brother Joe (Darlene) Briley.

He was preceded in death by his parents, 2 brothers and 2 sisters.

Services for Larry L. Briley will be held at 10:00 a.m. Thursday, March 5, 2026 at  Nale’s Funeral Home in Fairfield.  Visitation will be Wednesday, March 4, 2026 from 5:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m. at the funeral home. Burial will follow at the East Antioch Cemetery. ( East of Burnt Prairie, IL)  Military honors will be provided by Anthony Wayne Post #176,  American Legion and Wayne Memorial Post 4535, VFW.  Memorials may be made to Nale’s Funeral Home to help with final expenses.
