Mable was born May 5, 1942 in Albany, Kentucky to Luther Vincent and Flossie Sheckles Vincent. She was united in marriage July 6, 1964 in Pickett County, Tennessee to Edwin Kemplen.

Survivors include her husband Edwin Kemplen of Fairfield, Illinois; 3 sons Elmer Kemplen and his wife Betty of Fairfield, Illinois, Melvin Kemplen and his wife Sandy of Fairfield, Illinois and Joe Kemplen and his wife Cheryl of Albion, Illinois; 4 sisters Jean Otter of Glassgow, Kentucky, Brenda Muller of Glassgow, Kentucky, Martha Asbury of Burkesville, Kentucky and Linda Porter of Burkesville, Kentucky; 7 grandchildren and 7 great grandchildren.

Mable was preceded in death by her parents, 2 brothers and 3 sisters.

Visitation for Mable L. Kemplen will be held Saturday, April 28, 2018 from 6:00 to 8:00 p.m. at Nales Funeral Home in Fairfield, Illinois.

The body is to be cremated after the service. Burial will be at a later date.
