Marian Joyce James

Marian Joyce James, 75, passed away on June 14, 2026, in Fairfield, Illinois.  She was the daughter of Walter and Helen (Siefferman) James born in Browns, Illinois, on July 19, 1950. 

Marian had a big personality and sense of humor like none other.  She religiously watched The Price Is Right and was totally devoted to Bob Barker allowing nothing to distract her when he was on television.

Marian is survived by one brother, John James, and many nieces and nephews.  She was preceded in death by her parents; one brother, Gilbert; and three sisters, Norma, Betty Jo, and Joan.

Visitation will be held at 10:00 a.m. at Nale’s Funeral Home in Albion, Illinois, on Wednesday, June 17, 2026.  Graveside services will follow at 11:30 a.m. at the Browns Cemetery in Browns, Illinois.

Memorials may be made to the American Cancer Society and will be accepted at the funeral home.
