83 year old Fairfield resident, Phyllis L. Christy, passed away at Deaconess Gateway Hospital Newburgh, IN on Friday, February 11, 2022.
Phyllis was born January 27, 1939 to Everett and Eleanor (Hoffee) Hubble in St. Louis, MO .She married Maurice Calvin Christy on December 24, 1958 in Fairfield. She worked as a secretary at Southern Wholesale and the First Baptist Church
Phyllis is survived by her 2 sons, Jeffrey Wayne Christy of Fairfield and Robert Neil Christy Alburndale, FLA 2 grandchildren, 1 great grandchild
Phyllis was preceded in death by her parents, her husband, Calvin, infant son
Visitation will be held 11:00 a.m. to noon on Wednesday February 16, 2022 at Nale’s Funeral Home. Graveside services will follow at 12:30 p.m. Wednesday, February 16, 2022 at Maple Hill Cemetery.
