Randall Williams, age 68 of Albion, passed away Thursday, March 4, 2021 at his residence after a valiant battle with cancer. Randy was born in Olney on September 7, 1952 to Buford and Betty Lou (Kight) Williams. Randy married Donna Vaughan on February 23, 1996 in Albion and she survives. Randy owned and operated Williams Plumbing and Heating for over 30 years. He could often be found outside riding his side by side, grilling anything edible, but his biggest enjoyment was teasing and playing tricks on his precious grandchildren. Randy was a proud Army Veteran who was an avid St. Louis Cardinals fan. He was a member of the Grayville Moose Lodge.
Left to cherish many wonderful memories are his wife Donna, two daughters Amy (Justin) Hoppmann of Cave Creek, Arizona and Melissa (Joe) Smith of Peoria, Arizona, step children, Lindsay (Cooper) Sutherland of Shiloh and Lincoln Judge of Olney; two brothers, Lonnie (Janet)Williams of Bone Gap and Rod (Patty) Williams of Browns; two sisters, Jennifer (David) Keifer and Becky (Donnie) Grimes both of Albion; eight beloved grandchildren, Kamdyn & Adley Hoppmann, Kennedy Smith, Ayli Dunk, Arya & Kyle Sutherland, Brianna & Kali Judge, along with many nieces, nephews, cousins, and dear friends. Preceding Randy in death were his parents.
Graveside services, with military honors, for Randy Williams will be held at 1:00pm, Monday March 8th, 2021 at Graceland Cemetery in Albion. Friends and family are asked to go directly to the cemetery. There will be no visitation. Please remember the CDC guidelines of social distancing and the wearing of masks. Memorials may be made to the Edwards County Senior Citizens and will be accepted at the funeral home or the graveside.
