Rebecca Emm (Syers) Lehr, 94, passed away June 29, 2022 in the Skilled Care Unit of Fairfield

Memorial Hospital.

Becky was born March 26, 1928 to Charles and Ruth (Crest) Syers in Equality, Illinois. She married

Richard ("Dick”) Lehr December 26,1948. She is survived by her son, Todd (Mary Jon) Lehr of

Fairfield, a daughter Nola (Bill) Lazzeri of Denver, CO, 5 grandchildren: Jona (Gabe)

Boudreaux, Adam (Krysta) Lehr, Matt (Nicole) Lazzeri, Jen (Theresa) Lazzeri, Mike (Marcia)

Lazzeri, 9 great-grandchildren, and one sister, Pat Frohock, of St. Peters, Mo.

She was preceded in death by her parents, her husband and one sister, Dona Lee Baker.

Becky enjoyed baking, reading, growing flowers, neighboring and spending time with her family who loved her (and her cookies) very much.

Funeral services will be held at Nale’s Funeral Home on Friday July 1st with

Melissa Garrison officiating. Visitation will be held at 10:00 a.m. prior to the service at 11:00 a.m. Burial will follow at Maple Hill Cemetery.

In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to Volunteers for Progressive Fairfield

"Festival of Lights in the Park" project and will be accepted at Nale’s Funeral Home.
