78 year old former Albion resident, Richard Waters of Kettering, Ohio, passed away on October 22, 2022. Richard was born November 11, 1943. He was born and raised in Albion before moving.

Graveside funeral services for Richard Waters will be held at 1:30 p.m. Saturday, October 29, 2022 at Graceland Cemetery with military rites performed by the American Legion post 590 and VFW post 8222 of Albion.
