Robert Gibson

34 Year old Mt. Carmel, Illinois resident Robert Gibson passed away on Monday October 9, 2023 in Mt. Carmel, Illinois.

Robert was born on February 21, 1989 in West Virginia to Margaret Gibson.

He worked at the Gibson County Coal Mine for 18 years as a coal miner.

Survivors include his son Tatum Gibson and sister Korenea Cullison of Olney, Illinois

Siblings Brandon Cullison, Heather Bobbitt, Colleen Dawson, Wendy Odem, Vance Nease and Carrie Ann Nease

Robert is preceded in death by his mother Margaret and step-father Hershel Cullison.

Services for Robert Gibson will held 12:00 p.m. Friday, October 20, 2023 at Nale’s Funeral Home

In Albion, Illinois. Visitation will be 10:00 a.m. to service time Friday at Nale’s.

Burial will follow in the Mt. Zion Cemetery
