69 year old Fairfield resident, Roger L. Cook passed away on Friday, November 22, 2024 at Fairfield Senior Living and Rehabilitation.
Roger was born on January 24, 1955 to Lowell. and Ruth D. (Davis) Cook in Streator, Illinois. He proudly served his country during the Vietnam era.
He is survived by his children; Roger Jr. and Sammy Jo. 2 Sisters; Sandra Bradbury of Cisne, Illinois & Carla Kurtz of Mayberry, Illinois. 2 Brothers; Larry Cook of Streator, Illinois and Jim Cook of LeRoy, Illinois. 5 Grandchildren also survive.
He was preceded in death by his parents, one daughter – Dorothy Roth.
The body of Roger L. Cook will be cremated with services to be held at a later date.
