Ronnie Schilling

49-year-old Albion resident, Ronnie Schilling, died at 8:46 p.m. Monday evening, September 5 at Wabash General Hospital in Mt. Carmel. He was a roustabout and worked for Citation Oil Company. Ronnie was born January 20, 1962 in Coldwater, Ohio to Eugene and Marie Schilling. On May 31, 1988 Ronnie was united in marriage to Shawndie Dalton in Henderson, Kentucky. Surviving are his wife, Shawndie Dalton Schilling of Albion; one son, Travis Schilling of Albion; his mother, Marie Schilling of Coldwater, Ohio; two brothers, Mike Schilling of Celina, Ohio and Jerry Schilling of New Harmony, Indiana; two sisters, Julie King of Rockford, Ohio and Nancy Harding of Celina, Ohio. His father and father-in-law preceded him in death. Funeral services for Ronnie Schilling will be at 10:30 a.m. Friday, September 9th at Nale's Funeral Home in Albion with Brother Roger Strange officiating. Burial will be in Mt. Zion Cemetery. Visitation will be from 5-8 p.m. Thursday, September 8th at Nale's Funeral Home in Albion. Memorials may be made to the Mt. Zion Cemetery and will be accepted at Nale's Funeral Home.
