Ryan Anthony Hanson

Ryan Anthony Hanson, 49, of West Salem, Illinois, passed away on Saturday, May 10, 2025, at his home.

Ryan was born on February 24, 1976, in Richland County, Illinois, to Monte Hanson, Sr. and Vivian (Slover) Hanson.

Ryan loved motorcycles, antique cars, and appreciated art and music.  Ryan, the youngest of eight siblings, was loved and adored by his family and will be greatly missed by all.

Ryan is survived by siblings: Melanie Diaz, Kimberly Schwarzlose, brother-in-law Ron Schwarzlose, Sherrie Miller, Bryan Hanson, Darius Hanson, and Jonathan Hanson.

He was preceded in death by his parents and one brother; Monte Hanson, Jr.

Visitation will be held at 6:00 p.m. on Friday, May 16, 2025, at Nale’s Funeral Home in Albion, Illinois, with a funeral service beginning at 7:00 p.m.
