Tina Rae Vaughan

54-year-old Fairfield, Illinois resident Tina Rae Vaughan died at 4:40 p.m. Sunday March 17, 2013 at Fairfield Memorial Hospital in Fairfield, Illinois. She had worked on the Assembly Line at Champion Laboratories for 23 years and had been a cook at Trafford Estates in Fairfield. Tina was a member of Full Gospel Tabernacle of Fairfield, Illinois. Tina was born April 16, 1958 in Fairfield, Illinois to Noel Ray and Peggy Clark Vaughan. She was never married. Survivors include her mother Peggy Vaughan of Fairfield, Illinois; her father Noel Ray Vaughan of Fairfield, Illinois; 1 brother Danny Vaughan and his wife Shayla of Fairfield, Illinois; a half brother Randal Vaughan and his wife Genna of Fairfield, Illinois; s step brother John Mulrenin and his wife Alice of Fairfield, Illinois; 4 step sisters Shirley Rockett and her husband Gene of Geff, Illinois, Kathy Lewis and her husband David of Paris, Illinois, Pat Fink and her husband Joe in Tennessee, and Shavona Mulrenin; 3 aunts Deloris Thomas of Fairfield, Illinois, Wilma Jean King and her husband Earl of Mill Shoals, Illinois, and Judy McCormick of St. Louis, Missouri; and 1 uncle Jerry Clark and his wife Linda of Fairfield, Illinois. Tina was preceded in death by her grandparents, stepmother, and stepsister. Graveside services for Tina Rae Vaughan will be conducted 2:00 p.m. Wednesday, March 20, 2013 at Shrewsbury Cemetery of Mill Shoals, Illinois. Visitation will be conducted at the Nales Funeral Home of Fairfield, Illinois Wednesday March 20, 2013 from 12:00 noon to the service time.
