86 year old Fairfield resident, William F. Lee, passed away at Ferrell Hospital in Eldorado, Illinois on Sunday, December 11, 2022.
William was born October 8, 1936 to Floyd and Pauline (Williams) Lee in Georgetown, Texas. He married Carolyn Jowers on July 11, 1970 in Texas. William worked at a swine operation in Abilene, Texas. He was also a veteran.
He is survived by his wife, Carolyn Lee of Fairfield, 2 sons; Jondon (Karen) Lee of Fairfield, Michael (Audrey) Lee of Fairfield, 2 daughters; Debbie Lee of Fairfield, Marcie (Bob) Grimes also of Fairfield, 2 brothers; Don Lee of Arkansas, Doug Lee of Florida, 1 sister; Barbara Lee of Illinois, 10 grandchildren and 8 great grandchildren.
William was preceded in death by his parents, several brothers and sisters, and 1 grandchild.
A memorial service for William F. Lee will be held at Grace Chapel in Fairfield on Saturday, December 17, 2022 at 2:00 p.m. Burial will follow at Richland Cemetery.
