Wilma Arlene (West) Pierce

Wilma Arlene Pierce, 95, of Albion, Illinois, passed away on August 12, 2025 at the home of her daughter.   Wilma was born February 2, 1930, in Edwards County to Arnold and Leone (Day) West.   Born in a simpler time, Wilma enjoyed her role as a homemaker for her husband, Darrell, and their family. 

Wilma was preceded in death by her parents; husband; a son, Stanley Lee Pierce; two daughters, Angela and Barbara Pierce; and a sister, Sandra K. Gill.

Wilma is survived by her daughter, Diana Berryman of Albion, Illinois; a granddaughter, Sarah (Jesse) Wingard of Albion, Illinois; and a grandson, Kyle (Heather) Berryman of Geff, Illinois.  Three grandchildren Alice Wingard, Madilynn Wingard, and William Berryman also survive.

A private family service will be held.   Nale’s Funeral Home of Albion is honored to serve and support the family.
